Col Harjit Singh Sibia is a distinguished former Army officer and the current President of the Trust. With an illustrious military career spanning over 34 years, Col Sibia brings with him a legacy of leadership, discipline, and commitment to national service.
He began his journey in the National Defence Academy (NDA) and later graduated from the Indian Military Academy (IMA), laying the foundation for a remarkable career in the Indian Army’s Engineering Branch. During his tenure, he served in some of the most challenging terrains and strategic locations, including the deserts of Rajasthan, the high-altitude regions of Ladakh, and the coastal areas of India and Bangladesh.
An accomplished academic, Col Sibia holds both B.Tech and M.Tech degrees from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi, a testament to his technical acumen and dedication to excellence.
Following his retirement from active service, Col Sibia transitioned seamlessly into civilian life, where he continues to serve society as a financial advisor and engineering consultant. His deep-rooted values of integrity, service, and leadership continue to guide the mission and vision of the Trust.Under his stewardship, the Trust is committed to creating meaningful impact through disciplined governance, strategic growth, and community-focused initiatives.
